So what states have opt out LAWS, NOT BILLS?

Does anyone recognize the illness from wifi radiation?

Are utility companies required to have opt out available, but they can charge the customer?

VT has a law for a no fee opt out and is the only state that does. There are active bill efforts in the states that are about the deploy, including RI, NY, NM, and MA. In MA the DPU told the investor-owned utilities to offer an opt out, but that they can impose a surcharge. We are trying to get a law passed for a no fee opt out that will also protect municipal customers too. Some towns are charging very high rates.

MA new session just started again, do you have any hope for a law from the bill to offer opt outs this year? Has it been a bill for years and years and not law yet?

My town water dept insists there are no opt outs permitted, i asked them to show the safety of device, no answer from them yet.
