Did you review Ward's voting record? Excellent the first year. Oh yeah, did you check out the donations to Ward by the utilities? Did you know the Pennsylvania Utility Commission is funded exclusively by the utilities? The same utilities is supposed to oversee? So if the utilities are allowed to raise rates, the PUC gets the same raise as a percent of the new rate.
