Your comments about a meeting conducted in Boston years ago ref. EMF reactions was a set up by the power co. Notice the term "Facilitator" used there. You and yours were victims of something called "The Delphi Technique". This is also derived from the Hegelian Dialectic by Otto Hegel. In essence, the Hegelian Dialectic is a framework for understanding how ideas evolve and how conflicts can lead to progress. It emphasizes that through the clash of opposing forces, a higher level of understanding or a better state of affairs can emerge. Here is how it works. -- In group settings, The Delphi Technique is an unethical method of achieving consensus on controversial topics. It requires professionals known as "Facilitators" who deliberately escalate tension among group members, pitting one faction against the other to make a preordained viewpoint appear "sensible" while making the opposite point appear ridiculous. A crooked insurance co. sold our union a lousy insurance policy based on this technique many years ago. I was the only one to oppose it, and I was made to look like an idiot. But I addressed the group and told them. I dare any of you to come back to me a year from now and tell me I was wrong. Only two came to me a year later and apologized for not listening to me back then. They were screwed over by that insurance company. ------ Dave W.

Dave. --- Correction to Hegel's name. It was "George Wilhelm Hegel". Not "Otto" Hegel as I mistakenly stated in the last entry. ----- Thanks: Dave W.
